I’m sure we all know what it’s like to spend an absolute fortune on makeup and for it not to stand the test of time. We pay so much for makeup so it should last all day, or it least most of the day. Today I’m bringing you a review of the NYX Matte Setting Spray which not only is extremely affordable but it really works! Win win! And don’t worry girls, this does not make you look cakey.
‘Demand Perfection! For that fresh make up look that lasts, NYX Makeup Setting Sprays are lightweight and comfortable while working hard to make sure your makeup stays put. Available in a gorgeous Matte Shine-Free Finish or Dewy Fresh Glow.’
In My Opinion:
I have been loving NYX lately and just want to try more and more of their products. I’m yet to be disappointed with any of their products and this product is no exception. It’s fair to say that I actually love this setting spray. I bought the Matte Shine-Free Finish spray last month and I can honestly say that I will repurchase this product again and again.
I usually use a powder to set my make up and to contour and highlight my face. This can sometimes go wrong and give a cakey look especially make up for nights out. Disaster! This setting spray sets and settles all the powders getting rid cake face for a more natural look.
We all know that the matte look is out and dewy is in! This product doesn’t make your face look powdering whatsoever but it does make your makeup last all day so it’s still perfect for people who don’t like a matte look.
I definitely believe that this makes my make up last a lot longer. I wear make up from 7am until about 7pm during the week and when I use this spray my make up is still on when I get home.
The spray is light weight and refreshing. It doesn’t feel sticky on the skin or dry our your skin. This a must have product in my opinion.
Shake and Spray approximately 12cms away from your face
You need this in your life!
There’s also a dewy setting spray which I’ll be reviewing soon so watch this space!
Have you tried this or the dewy spray? What were your thoughts?
